Sunday Dishes

Sunday dishes have always been reserved for us (the kids).  This Sunday was no different.  However, we were all in a good mood and laughing (water fight).  Jojo told Emery and I, "This is my kind of party!"  So glad we could join in the party.

Not My Brightest Day

My Dad says I have anger management issues, I have no idea what he is talking about.  Today Kimmy Tink came to visit us and when she got ready to leave I was a wee bit upset!  Good thing for her I took it out on my Mom and not her.  I really gave it to my mom, telling her, "Then I'm not going to be your daughter anymore!"  She posed a good question when asking, then were will you go!  Good thing I'm sooo smart, "I'll just be a stray dog!"

Later that evening, after swimming and dinner, we (Emery and I) decided we should play hide-and-seek.  Darby didn't agree!  So I let her know who was in charge!  I just walked right up to her and punch her in the nose.  It even bled!  Guess I don't know my own strength!

Thanks to all of our friends who came and decorated gingerbread (graham cracker) houses with us!  We had a blast and look forward to it again next year!

I'll Beat You

This morning on the news I heard about a little girl that got beat up.  I told my mom, I get beat all the time!  Her eyes got big as  I'm sure she envisioned me telling my nursery teacher this fact!  Dad asked for clarification, "What you get beat?!"  Of course I do, I don't know what my parents were thinking, my heart beats all the time!

What's a Man - Witch

We are the Reidhead Family of Witches

Mom worked hard to get our costumes all ready.  Capes, hats, shoes, the works!  When she would bug dad about his costume he would just say, "I have it covered!"  So when he came out in his Man - Witch costume we thought it was hilarious (yes he has Manwich cans around his neck)

Schnepf Farms Pima Alumni Party

So Dad had a Pima Alumni party out at Schnepf Farms.  We didn't really know what to expect but it was a fun surprise.  We had lunch, saw pigs, roosters, peacocks, goats, a donkey, goats, ducks, and got to ride some rides.  They have an old carousel that Shelbie thought was really fun.  Josie loooove the flying airplanes and made us ride it like 4 times.  Emery and I loved the roller coaster the best.  And of course Mom loved the flying swings, (dad didn't ride, he thought he was dizzy after the carousel)!  We also got to watch a dog and frisbee show, the dogs were amazing!  And I won dog treats and a frisbee because I answered this question correctly, What is the best kind of dog in the world?  I answered with MY DOG!  Too bad I don't have one!

Spring Break Part 2

The second half of the week we went camping with our friends the Gardiner's.  We went up Christopher Creek, by the fish hatchery.  We loved hiking by the stream and mom got a little camera happy so please just endure!
Shane and Josie climbing on the rocks!

I was so brave!  I got where I could cross the log and hop over rocks without any help!  Jo

I got to go on a hike with my dad all by myself.  Emery

By the end Emery ended up in the really cold water and ended up having to walk home like this.
Yes that is her jacket on her legs and dad's coat on her arms.  The thing she is holding is her hood full of her wet clothes.

SPRING BREAK part 1

We started out where every good Spring Break starts out, hanging out at home!  We jumped, cleaned, and enjoyed the four walls we call home.

We then loaded in the car and took the 'scenic' (that's short for the long way) to Tombstone.

Then we headed to Kartchner Caverns.  Here we spent the night in the RV park.  Of course we just had our tent but it was absolutely awesome.  They had really clean nice showers and the cave was way cool too.  I liked the huge structure at the end of the tour.  Emery like the soda straws, and Josie like the sloth in the visitors center.  As for Shelbie she slept for the whole tour so. . . .  We didn't take pictures because they don't allow you to but I think dad and I decided we should be a cave family and tour as many caves as we can for vacations.

It's My Birthday

I told Mom I just wanted a red princess cake with NO toys.  However, Dad and Mom got me an Alphie and can I tell you, it is AWESOME!  I love when, in his robot voice, he says, "I have an itch and you scratch it".  Then I have to push the button that lights up.  I love birthdays!
